Fee Schedule Terms and Conditions

Fee Schedule

Travel Design Fees: Travel Design Fees start at $200, depending on the type of trip, time, and complexity. This fee covers one (1) set of plans for the dates specified at the time of submitting this form. Changes to the dates or destination that require re-planning will incur a new fee.

 

The Travel Design Fee is non-refundable and separate from the cost of your trip. Because vacation pricing and availability are subject to change, we recommend waiting to start planning until you're ready to pay the trip deposit. If you choose to pay the Travel Design Fee now, you will have 30 days after receiving your trip proposal to book your vacation package (during this time pricing and availability may change). After 30 days, a new Travel Design Fee may be required to re-quote your vacation package. 


Last Minute Booking Fee: If your vacation is booked within 60 days of departure, a $200 non-refundable Last Minute Booking Fee may apply. 


Cancellation Fees: If a vacation is cancelled any point after deposit has been paid, a non-refundable cancellation fee will be charged: $50 per passenger or $250 per reservation, whichever is greater. A cancellation authorization form will also be required.

Change Fees: Any modifications to your reservation after the deposit has been paid may incur a non-refundable change fee of $50 per passenger. A change authorization form will also be required. 

 

Travel Design Fees, Last Minute Booking Fees, Cancellation Fees and Change Fees are non-refundable. These fees are separate and do not include any supplier, partner, airline or any other trip related change or cancel fees.
